What can the bridge loan be used for?

The purpose of bridge loans is regulated by the Building Saving and Government Support Act - the debtor can use the building saving for housing purposes only, which include:
  • Obtaining a flat,
  • Building or purchase of a building for housing purposes, 
  • Obtaining a plot for building a housing structure or a plot with a housing structure on it, 
  • Change, modernization and maintenance of a flat, a structure for housing or its part, including payment of a possible share in modifications of shared premises,
  • Conversion of non-residential premises to a flat, 
  • Payment of obligations related to the purposes above except for penalties and other sanctions inflicted on the client for breach of his/her obligations in solving his/her housing needs.

SUPER CREDIT

The bridge loan is intended for a client whose has had a contract with any building saving company for at least one year. The condition is deemed to be met even if the spouse or an underage child of the credit applicant has had the contract with any building saving company for one year. Now credit of up to CZK 300,000 without security.

PARTNER bridge loans

Optional amount of instalment - you can choose credit with any amount of the monthly instalment according to your financial possibilities and the maturity period of up to 25 years.
