Using credit

Therefore, you can use the credit for financing building of a family house or flat, conversion of a building to a family house or flat, purchase of a family house or flat, or a plot where you will build a family house and for payment of costs of connecting your family house or a flat to public utility lines.

You can use the credit for repairs and reconstruction of a family house or a flat, an own one, a cooperative one and a rented one.

With the credit you will get enough financial resources for payment of the member's investment or deposit to a legal entity or for payment of membership rights and obligations in a housing cooperative.

The credit is also intended for settlement of marital property or co-owners' property, or heirs' property, with regards to ownership of a flat or a house.

You can also use an advantageous credit from the building saving company for payback of a credit or a loan used for financing housing needs except for penalties or other sanctions.
