ON alternative: Offers the lowest load on your family budget in paying back the loan. Have your plans changed and do you need to change the alternative? Do not worry, it is not a problem! During saving you can change the original alternative at any time and the conditions of your contract will be adapted as if you decided for the alternative at the very beginning.
Alternative OK: Is the alternative of saving with the lowest monthly deposit. It is suitable particularly for those who want to save for a long time and who need a big loan, or a long-term bridge loan.

The saved amount bears the yearly interest agreed in the Building Saving Contract. In each tariff alternative the person who chose the interest rate from savings of 1.0% when concluding the contract can choose the interest rate of 2.2% p. a. in granting the target amount. The interest from savings will be converted from the beginning of the contract to the date of the change.
