Mortgage loan

Wüstenrot has prepared a wide range of mortgage loans that you can use both for the purposes related to housing and for financing previously granted loans, but also in any way to satisfy your needs. However, the basic condition is that you have a real estate available that you can use as the collateral for the bank and secure the loan in this way. Explanation of the other basic terms can be found in our Mortgage Dictionary.

What are the advantages of Wüstenrot?

  • We guarantee the same interest rates to all clients.
  • We undertake the contracting obligation that after lapse of the fixation period your mortgage will bear the currently valid guaranteed interest rate.
  • You do not have to effect any other product; you do not have to have an account, be insured or save with us.
  • Drawing a loan is free of charge; we do not charge any fees for it.
  • You pay the loan processing fee, if charged, at signing the loan contract, i. e. before the required drawing of the loan.
  • We do not necessarily require life insurance of the client.
  • We settle invoices that are up to one year old and purchase price paid up to one year ago that you paid from your own resources.
  • We evaluate each client and each loan individually. We can find a solution in complicated cases.

Who can apply for a mortgage loan?

  • Czech citizens above 18 years of age who are capable to enter into legal acts, or
  • Foreigners with permanent residence in the Czech Republic EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Canada and US citizens with residence permit in the Czech Republic
Joint loan applicants (or co-applicants) can be up to 6 persons making up the maximum of 3 households

  • Legal persons - housing cooperatives, joint-stock companies and limited liability companies

How to secure a loan?

Always by real estate lien according to the law.

Housing mortgages

Wüstenrot mortgage makes up the basis of our offer of housing mortgage loans.

The mortgage can be combined with the other Wüstenrot products and you can use government contributions or other tax relief. In combination with building saving we offer the product Saving with Mortgage and the combination with life insurance is called Getting Secured with Mortgage.

Living with Mortgage is the combination of mortgage with the bridge loan.

We have prepared 100% mortgage  especially for real estate purchase.

If instalments within a housing loan from another bank or a building saving company do not suit you, you can use REFIN Mortgage.

You can use the Household Equipment Mortgage individually, and also in combination with the Wüstenrot Mortgage.
Flexible Mortgage is a non-purpose loan that you can use for financing various purposes according to your needs.

Loans for legal entities

HYPOREVIT Wüstenrot is a mortgage loan intended for housing cooperatives to finance repairs, reconstructions and modernizations of residential houses.

Company mortgage

Is a purpose loan provided to limited liability companies and joint-stock companies particularly for reconstructions, modernizations, repairs of real estates, for their purchase, building or completion while the individual purposes can be combined, e. g. purchase of real estate and its reconstruction.
